Dear Prospective Client:

Thank you for your interest in the Palermo Law Firm. If you are reading this letter, you are likely preparing to make an extremely important decision for you and your family: What law firm to hire for your injury or death case. Unfortunately, not every lawyer or law firm is capable of successfully handling your case.

You should approach the process of selecting an attorney much in the same way you would select a doctor for an important heart surgery. Most of us would like our doctor to be a Board Certified heart specialist and have many years of clinical experience and perhaps some teaching experience. These same considerations are important when selecting an injury attorney.

For example, it does not take a great lawyer to settle a case for $ 500.000.00 when it would be worth $ 1,000.000.00 had it been handled by a more experienced attorney !
